- Publication date: [2000] (Germany)

- Finished version: Sheriff of Bullet Valley [oil painting idea] ?
- Based on: bullets bounce off sheriff's badge
Additional credits:
Numbered "1". Possibly intended as preliminary for
Sheriff of Bullet Valley [oil painting idea], otherwise the purpose is unknown.
According to Galerie Laqua 2/2000, it's
a study for a (never realized) cover of "The Carl Barks Library". (If that's
correct, would that have been The Carl Barks Library - Set II?) This raises
the question why Barks would make a new version of an already
existant cover.
Publications:
- Galerie Laqua 2/2000 (Germany)
- greyscale
Notes:
Other versions are sherrif of bullet valley #2 [study], and
sherrif of bullet valley #3 [study].

Do you have more information on this material?
Is there really a relation with "The Carl Barks Library".
